With Christmas and New Year Festivities just around the corner, I am left wondering, where in the world is Santa Claus. My primary task, have Samara take a seat on Santas plump lap as he jingles his golden bells and bellows ho, ho, ho!

A google search has left me with a list of Expensive Santa happenings around the city, early Christmas dinners and a heavy heart, so I am all set to hunt down the least expensive and hopefully free visit to Santa in his grotto or else where.

Our Black Friday shopping Spree was amazing though as Sam the luckiest of the lot again managed to bag the best apparel, a cute red dress complete with a red bow. Later we managed to purchase some cozy winter wear for Samara including top-gear woollen booties from Chinese street vendors before buying hand-bags, scarfs and a multitude of tee-shirts for ourselves from H&M and Greystone.
Mellow Note: The Middle Eastern skies of Dubai sparingly dampen the atmosphere with mild showers and drizzles of rain making me not miss the unusual early snow in the East Coast of United States and instead I imagine the wet slippery grass during my quiet long walks on massive football fields in the solemn neighborhood of Oxfordshire, Britain.....oh and the ducks by the lake, well they reminded me of Mr. Bean for some reason .....Wierd, I know!
